Fareed: Trump's flip-flopping bad for US reputation abroad

CNN's Fareed Zakaria says that when President Donald Trump insults world leaders like Kim Jong Un and institutions like the European Union and later backtrack as if he didn't mean them, Trump is creating a reputation for the United States as erratic, unpredictable, unreliable and fundamentally hostile to the global order.
