Instagram Can't Fix Facebook

Reuters reports that revenue forecasts from Facebook Inc that alarmed investors add to the pressure on its Instagram unit to win over more of the ad buyers. Those buyers have long found success on the company’s flagship app. Facebook faced the worst day ever for its shares on Thursday.
Instagram and Facebook users see about the same number of ads. Instagram ad prices, though, are half of what Facebook charges.
