Papa “John” Schnatter isn't taking his ousting from his own company without a fight. He filed a complaint to see the company's books and records to determine what led up to his resignation as chairman. His resignation came after he dropped the N-word on a conference call with a PR firm. Schnatter issued an apology saying it was "true" that he used "inappropriate and hurtful language." But now he claims that someone “planned this coup in advance” without his knowledge.
