Masala peanuts is an easy snack recipe that can be rustled up in minutes. An ideal accompaniment with drinks and tea, Masala Peanuts can be made with basic ingredients and can be stored in air-tight containers for over a week. You can also add some chopped onions and green chilies before serving to give that special touch.

Ingredients of Masala Peanuts:

2 cups Raw peanuts
Oil to fry
3 tablespoon gram flour (Besan)
3 tablespoon rice flour
salt as required
1/4 tsp Red chili powder
1/4 tsp Garam masala.
1/4 tsp Ginger garlic paste.

Method :
1. In a mixing bowl, add peanuts. Along with that add gram flour, rice flour, red chilly powder, garam masala powder, salt and ginger garlic paste.
2. Mix it well. After, Sprinkle little water at a time, and gently mix with your fingers, until each peanut is coated with masala. Add the little bit of oil and mix well.
3. Deep fry the peanuts in oil in medium heat.
4. Cook until they become golden brown in color. Remove them from oil and transfer to an absorbent paper or a kitchen towel.
