Judge Says US Will Face Penalties If It Fails To Reunite Families

A federal judge said Tuesday that the U.S. government must reunite 63 children under the age of five who were separated by immigration officials when crossing from Mexico into the U.S. as soon as Tuesday or face penalties. Reuters reports U.S. Judge Dana Sabraw in San Diego told government attorneys he was sticking with the deadlines he set last month.
