The Thames runs straight into the heart of London. It's an open gateway, vulnerable to attack, and the River Police must keep the capital safe from terrorists. The city is on high alert - it's the height of the summer 2007 and London is swamped with thousands of tourists. The police are on the look out for anyone suspicious, but spotting a terrorist from a tourist isn't easy.
