Gosport: Patients' safety put 'at the bottom of the pile'

Family members of the patients who died at Gosport Memorial Hospital between 1989 and 2000 have delivered a statement following the publication of the Independent Panel's findings on Wednesday morning. The report found that 456 patients' lives were shortened by excessive and wrong opioid administration.
