This week I look for (and find) a new personal standard for burgers in Burger Bistro's Kobe Burger w/ Bacon.

The Burger Bistro is a small, unassuming place on 1st Avenue on Manhattan's Upper East Side where the menu is a single laminated sheet with both sides full of options, the lion's share being the burger options (type of patty, bun, toppings, sauces and sides).

I came here knowing exactly what I wanted...
