Jackie Largratta-Mattern was out walking her dog with her husband when she spotted a mama duck in destress.The duck was quacking furiously and would not stop. Jackie walked closer to the animal and noticed that the duck was circling near a storm drain. When Jackie looked down she noticed 8 little ducklings stuck at the bottom of the drain.
