Newly-crowned Premier League champions Nemanja Matic and Thibault Courtois say how "proud" they feel after their "special" Premier League title win.

Chelsea secured their fourth Premier League title by beating Crystal Palace 1-0 at an ecstatic Stamford Bridge.

Matic says the day felt "like a dream", while Courtois compares it to winning La Liga in Spain with Atletico Madrid last season.
