Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho says his side are the "champions of autumn" after their 2-1 Premier League win over Liverpool at Anfield.

Emre Can's deflected strike gave Liverpool the lead before Chelsea equalised through Gary Cahill before the break. In the second half, Diego Costa scored his 10th goal in nine Premier League appearances to seal the points for the Blues.

Chelsea have now scored in 12 consecutive Premier League matches, and the win continues their unbeaten Premier League run this season.
