Group of lads dress as traffic cones and bring traffic to standstill on Halloween

The video, which has gone viral, shows the men standing in line and blocking the road in front of Glasgow Central Station on Saturday. But the taxi drivers who were in the street at the time were not particularly happy with the stunt.
Police were later called.
