A modified SUV was spotted blinding drivers with strobe lights every time it braked.
The vehicle appears to have been wired to flash the strobe lights when it brakes, along with its regular red brake lights.
Locals dubbed it the “Disco Jeep,” but others complained that it could startle fellow drivers on the road.
It was seen in Muntinlupa, Philippines, on May 22.
