Elderly Chinese man headbutts metal pole 'to aid blood circulation'

An elderly Chinese man was captured headbutting a metal pole as part of a bizarre fitness routine in southern China.

The odd clip, filmed in Changde City in Hunan Province on May 8, shows the elderly man in a vest placing his hands on his hips and repeatedly ramming his head into a pole.

The man reportedly said it helped blood circulation to his head.
