The CCTV clip, filmed in Chongqing on May 14, shows a group of men walks out of a karaoke club and one of them at the front suddenly stumbles over to touch a woman's backside.
Then, the woman's two male companions confront the man, with one wearing a red T-shirt lashing out with his foot.
An intense street brawl starts after the man's friends come to support him.
In the second video, the two groups of people fight with each other until the police arrive.
According to reports, the two groups were both taken to the police station for investigation.
Two people suffered from minor injuries and the bottom-grabber has been detained for 15 days.
