Former Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid had surgery Monday. Reid, 78, is recovering at Johns Hopkins Cancer Center in Baltimore after doctors removed a tumor from his pancreas. Doctors discovered the tumor during a routine screening. Reid served as a Democratic senator for Nevada from 1987 to 2017.
