Instagram is Launching a Video Chat Feature The photo-sharing app revealed they are testing out a video chat feature that allows users to make one-on-one video calls or call in a larger group. While chatting, users can minimize the video call and continue to scroll through Instagram. Instagram also announced that it will start to allow third-party apps to access and have users share content on their platform. Spotify and GoPro are the first companies that will let users share content directly to their Instagram Stories, with companies more to be added later. Users will be able to click the “share” button on the respective apps and can select the Instagram icon to share it to their Story.
