Shocking moment man pushes police officer off motorbike during police chase

This is the moment a youth shoves a London police officer off his motorbike in the middle of the road.

Footage from Ilford, Essex, shows a group of youths running down Albert Road in the borough with two police motorbikes and a police car in chase.

As the vehicles catch up with the group, one of the men pushes the officer off his motorbike and rushes off.

The officer leaps up and continues the chase.

A caption on the video reads: "Can't believe what I just witnessed."

The video was captured on April 14.
