Witnesses said Baker Mia, a resident of Hathaparpara village, died on Saturday (105) due to old age. The deceased man was buried at Munshipara graveyard in the city's funeral. The family members guarded the old man for a few days. On Thursday, neighboring Ripon dug the old man's grave and threw dead bodies, lizards, eyes, shroud clothes, and stolen head hair. In the morning, the family members of the deceased questioned Ripon after the matter. When Ripon is authentic, the agitated crowd attacked and ransacked Ripon's house at noon.
Thakurgaon Police Station Officer-in-Charge (investigation) Kafil Uddin told that the police arrested Ripon, 25, his mother Lili Begum and Nani Amena Begum, on the spot.
