All AK47 operators need to know that if you improperly uate some safety select levers your AK47 will fire. if your AK has a full-auto safety lever then it will trip the disconnect if you lift the lever. there are reports of operators accidentally discharging their weapons in this manner. one of my subscribers conted me a few months ago with a link to his video about what happened (if you read this let me know and Ill link your video here, dude - I forget who it was). Share this video around and make sure all ak operators are aware of this situation. converting or replacing your full auto safety with a semi- auto safety is probably the best upgrade you can make to an AKM pattern rifle. Currently there is a class ion lawsuit brought against Century Arms for producing AK rifles with defective safeties. The lawsuit, seeking 5 million dollars says the safety selector on Centurys AK-47 rifles “will not and has not prevented an accidental discharge” when switched above the safe position.\r
