Facebook spent $7.3 million on personal security for CEO Mark Zuckerberg in 2017. This was 50 percent more than the company spent last year on security. The reason for this is because Zuckerberg had a mission to visit every single U.S. state. In addition to security the company also spent a lot on travel costs. In 2017 Facebook spent more than $1.5 million on private jet expenses.
