Supreme Court once again championed the rights of married women

After the historic Triple Talaq judgement which upheld the right of Muslim women to live a dignified married life. The Supreme Court has once again championed the rights of married women. The Apex Court observed that married women can't be treated like a chattel or a man's property further observed that if a woman doesn't want to live with her husband, then she can't be forced to. This observation was made during the hearing of a domestic violence case.
