The Denim Thong Now Exists and It's Going Viral

It's almost festival season, and you know what that means: Your Instagram feed will soon be filled with photos of people frolicking in the sunshine in jean shorts, flower crowns, culturally appropriated accessories (unfortunately), and, of course, denim thongs. With "weird denim" somehow becoming the longest-lasting trend of the past few years — see: clear jeans, invisible jeans, and triple-waistband jeans, among many, many others — it should come as littler surprise that these are not the first thong-inspired denim items we've seen.
