00:04reviewing the Lego Batman Movie Ultimate Batmobile set number 70917 so let's
00:10have a look at the box first of all this is the front of the box looks
00:14really awesome I should say at this point that I got it from Smiths in the
00:18UK a few days ago they were showing all of the new Lego Batman movie sets which
00:23was great and they had a lot of the City and Friends sets as well and the Nexo
00:28Knight sets two then on the back of the box you can see all of the details and
00:32the way that the vehicle splits into three now let's have a look at the
00:36minifigures first of all we've got Batman himself fairly bog-standard Lego Batman
00:40movie minifigure he has got double-sided printing so there's the first and
00:45there's the second with a cheeky grin by the way guys do subscribe to my channel
00:49a large proportion of my viewers are not subscribed and that makes me sad do

00:57let's have a look at Robin now he's got this very happy grin absolutely love the
01:01detailing on this figure it's superb it's so bright and colorful and I like that
01:06the cape has kind of a shimmery outer there's his happy face and he is dual
01:11sided with a shocked expression as well there we go next up we've got the wicked
01:17witch so she's got lime skin and some nice detailing on her legs and I really love
01:23the detailing on her torso that looks superb it's worth pointing out that she
01:27does not have a dual-sided head and there is the rear torso printing next up
01:32is Alfred Pennyworth in his bat suit he looks absolutely awesome I'm really sorry
01:38guys I'm losing my voice so apologies if the narration or worsens love the printing
01:42on the torso with the pocket watch and some very simple rear printing love the
01:49head as well looks really cool next up we've got Batgirl I believe she is unchanged from
01:55the normal version but no bad thing the printing and dual molded legs are superb love her hair coming
02:04out the back and some excellent rear printing this really is just a fantastic minifigure absolutely
02:12love it okay we've got polka dot man next this is such a superb figure absolutely love the
02:18colorful dots on this figure and it's covered all over in these spots and it
02:22stands out well against the white I love this colorful base as well looks
02:27absolutely superb it is a dual sided head as well so there's a second side with
02:33some quite goofy teeth finally we got two flying monkeys this is the first one
02:38with kind of a happy cheeky expression really great-looking figure lots of detail
02:43and it looks very menacing there's the wings mechanism and of course the tail and then
02:50this is a slightly meaner looking one so he's got a bit of a grimace but otherwise exactly
02:55the same looks great though one of the elements is this small bat signal build it is light up which
03:03is cool it doesn't really work as a bat signal because the symbol is slightly misaligned you do get a
03:08little bit of a logo when you point at things and but it's yeah as I say it
03:13doesn't quite work because the logo is misaligned it's got some really nice
03:18articulation though it's got stiff pointing which works well and it swivels side to
03:24side as well and it's on a nice little face yes a nice little bat signal it
03:29works well but the pizza resistance is of course the actual batmobile itself it
03:35looks superb this is it fully combined but of course one of the great features is that
03:41it is modular so it disassembles into three separate vehicles it looks superb I love the
03:49chunkiness I love all of the artillery the missiles the weapons all of this it looks
03:54great now let's have a look see how you disassemble it so the first piece is the
03:59batwing which just sits on top here it's not attached in or anything like that it just
04:05fits in quite nicely into the gap so we'll move that aside and have a look in
04:09a second what we can do next is pull this piece away swivel back those little
04:17prongs insert them into there and then you can also put the jets onto their
04:23normal position like that and then you just unbuckle it because it clips in like
04:30that I think a second ago I said three vehicles as well it's actually four
04:34vehicles so on this final piece you pull up the exhaust and then you can just slide
04:44out the motorcycle so let's look at them in reverse order this is a motorcycle
04:49that's how it actually fits into the ultimate batmobile but you can flip it
04:53back so it's got wheels like that and then it's actually rideable this is Robin's
04:58vehicle it's a nice little vehicle it's got some very smooth tires some nice
05:04detailing I like the quartile here with the kind of fang clory element in
05:11transparency and I like that the wheels themselves pop out like this so you can
05:17have some cool angles gonna look at the batwing next this is actually the final
05:22element that you build it's actually a really nice batwing it's got some nice
05:27shaping so it looks very swooshable and it just looks very kind of combat heavy a
05:34nice windscreen piece in yellow which looks good and quite a lot of
05:39adjustability with the wings as well and these bits here also move slightly if you
05:45don't break it next up is the heavily armored tank portion this looks really nice
05:51it's very chunky I like the kind of wheel guards here they look great and again
05:56we've got another one of those cockpits which I think looks really cool and this
06:01one looks really chunky I like that the wheels on the side are kind of covered up
06:07and guarded and I like all these purple transparent pieces used for I guess
06:13they're kind of thrusters this one's also got a lot of pose ability on the
06:19thrusters so you can move them down like that and then like that and then you've
06:24got this armored kind of cock piece element which flips around and you can
06:30pose it however you wish and a small armory in the middle there my favorite
06:35portion however is the actual Batmobile piece itself I absolutely love this this
06:39might even be my favorite Batmobile I think that the shape of it looks superb I
06:44love how it kind of comes in a little bit at the sides but it's also thicker and the wheels
06:49are
06:49very large with lots of big wheel guards the color scheme is great and it uses a
06:55combination of stickers on the side here as well as actual bricks to have this red
06:59piece running through the rear is great with the actual boosters and again you can
07:04move them down which just looks cool and I just love the a lot of everything about it
07:09really it kind of seems to fuse several different styles of Batmobile so it's
07:14almost like Batman forever Batmobile mixed with like Batman animated series
07:18mixed with obviously Lego's own style as well it looks great so there you have it
07:23guys there is the ultimate bat so there you have it guys there is the ultimate
