Today well learn how to make Mawa Gujiya. It is a traditional sweet dumpling. The outer layer is made from the all purpose flour (maida) and stuffing is made from Mawa (Khoya), dry fruits and powdered sugar.\r

250 gms All Purpose Flour (Maida)\r
2 tsp Raisins (Chopped) \r
2 tsp Almonds (Crushed)\r
2 tsp Cashews (Crushed)\r
2 tsp Dry Coconut (grated)\r
2 tbps Ghee \r
2 Pinch Green Cardamom (powder)\r
150 gms Bhoora or powdered sugar\r
250 gm Mawa or Khoya\r
150 ml Water\r
300 gm Ghee or oil (to fry)\r
