Court Rules That ‘GTA V’ Character Is Not Lindsay Lohan

On Saturday, Digital Trends reported that the four-year lawsuit filed by actress Lindsay Lohan against Grand Theft Auto V publisher, Take-Two, has finally come to an end. In a unanimous court decision, the New York Court of Appeals ruled against Lohan's claim that she was the inspiration for the game character Lacey Jonas. The court did however concede that “an avatar may constitute a ‘portrait’” within the limits of the relevant statute.
