“Activists protesting the police shooting of Stephon Clark blocked downtown Sacramento streets again Thursday, taunting stoic police and angry drivers,” The Sacramento Bee reported.
The protest took place on the day of Clark’s funeral on March 29.
In the video, a man on a bullhorn is heard saying, “If we don’t get it,” while the crowd chants in response, “Shut it down.”
