Meatball Subs\r

1 jar marinara (I used Mezzetta Plum Tomato Marinara)\r
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese\r
6 hoagie rolls\r
2-3 Tablespoons butter\r
1-2 teaspoons garlic salt\r
\r
Meatballs:\r
1 1/2 pounds ground beef\r
1 cup dry bread crumbs\r
1 egg\r
1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese\r
2 cloves garlic, minced\r
2 teaspoons dry basil\r
2 teaspoons dry oregano\r
1 teaspoon salt\r
1/2 teaspoon pepper\r

Preheat oven to 370 degrees.\r

Add all meatball ingredients to large bowl and combine. Form about 18 meatballs. Place meatballs in a 13x9 baking dish. Bake for 20 minutes.\r

After your meatballs have cooked for 10 minutes, heat marinara over medium heat and allow to simmer.\r

In another pan, melt butter and add garlic salt.\r
\r
Place hoagie rolls on a cookie sheet and brush with melted garlic butter. Bake for 8 minutes.\r

To assemble meatball subs, add three meatballs to each hoagie. Pour marinara over meatballs and add mozzarella. Bake about 5 minutes or until cheese is melted. \r
