Lawyers representing Bill Cosby want the judge in the embattled comedian and actor's upcoming sexual assault retrial to step down. The legal teams claims Judge Steven O'Neill could be seen as biased since his wife is the coordinator of a University of Pennsylvania sexual trauma outreach team and has described herself as an "advocate for assault victims." In addition, Deborah O'Neill also wrote her dissertation on acquaintance rape.
