23 year old Mark Conditt was said to have been a quiet kid, home-schooled by his parents. On Wednesday police announced that Conditt is the man suspected of staging a three-week deadly bombing campaign that gripped the Texas capital of Austin. Police issued a an arrest warrant and federal criminal complaint that identified Conditt as the maker of the homemade bombs in the Austin suburb of Pflugerville, Texas.
