"What we hope is for us to act rationally rather than being led by emotions." That's what China's Premier Li Keqiang said about a potential trade war with the US. Responding to US President Trump's grousing, he pledged to open China's markets up further. The US is expected to announce tariffs on $60 billion of Chinese goods and tech. That could spark a trade war, after tariffs on steel and aluminum targeted China.
