Bob the Builder cake topper

In this cake decorating tutorial I show you how to make a Bob the Builder cake topper. I use modelling paste in the tutorial, however if you are not making yours for a cake and it doesnt need to be edible, you could use polymer clay / fimo using the same techniques :)\r
