Florida International University’s newly-constructed pedestrian bridge over SW 8th Street in Miami, Florida, collapsed on March 15, trapping several vehicles underneath it.The bridge had not yet opened for pedestrian traffic.This video shows people running towards the bridge as police cars arrive at the scene.
