For years i would work out in the house. When i moved back to NYC i have not exercised, and it made me very sad (Why? There's just no space to work out. Boo.). So i decided to not simply complain about it, and just start going to the gym. For not working out for a solid 5 months (besides riding my bike once in a while), i'm actually more 'in shape' than i thought i would be. i still need a lot of work, but... YAAAAY! i am in so much pain right now. My body is telling me, 'Don't EVER not work out for this long a period AGAIN!" Ouch.
