'Black Panther' has exceeded expectations, breaking several box office records in its opening weekend. In its three-day weekend debut, the Disney-Marvel film grossed around $200 million in most estimates. It is the highest opening for a film by a black director as well as the highest opening for a majority black ensemble cast.
