An insider told Radar the comedienne, 36, and the Massachusetts-based chef, 38, tied the knot in a hush-hush ceremony this week.
"This is a family affair," Fischer's relative Bari told Radar. "It's personal."
Us Weekly was first to report the news, and claimed the two said "I do" on February 13 in Los Angeles.
