When he was first starting out, Oliver "Tuku" Mtukudzi struggled to get his music career off the ground. But now, many years later, the 65-year-old Zimbabwean Afro-jazz sensation has taken what he learnt and is helping young and aspiring artists find their place in the industry through what he calls his arts village.
