While some states do allow for the complete erasure of a criminal record (a process known as expungement), Arizona does not. Arizona's remedy is known as a motion to set aside judgement.
A set aside will not erase a conviction from an individual's criminal record, but it will indicate that the charges were dismissed.
A set aside shows the world you are released from a judgment of guilt, while letting your community and employers know you are not a criminal.
Even better, most criminal convictions in Arizona are eligible for a set aside upon sentence and probation fulfillment.
