Apple's HomePod to Be Released Next Month On Tuesday, the tech giant announced the official release date for it's 'smart speaker.' The $349 HomePod will be available Feb. 9, but you can pre-order yours today! The device will have limited capabilities through Siri, according to The Verge, and it's not designed to be a direct competitor with Google Home or Amazon's Echo. The HomePod will work with Apple Music, but it's not yet clear how services like Spotify will be implemented.
