Uber Partners With Singapore Taxi Service

In partnership with the city-state's largest taxi operator, ComfortDelGro, Uber is set to launch a new service called 'UberFLASH' in the city of Singapore. The service connects riders with the closest available vehicle, whether it's an Uber car or ComfortDelGro taxi. The deal is the first between the two companies since ComfortDelGro said this past December it would buy a 51% stake in Lion City Rentals, Uber’s Singapore car leasing business.
