An impressively fit 85-year-old woman was filmed on Tuesday taking a dip in a partially frozen lake in northern China.
The video was shot in Changchun City in Jilin Province on January 16.
The swimmer, Lu Hailian, told reporters that cold water swimming was "very good" for her health and that she normally heads to the gym straight afterwards.
