Info from Licensor: "I was taking a Sunday drive through the quiet countryside on State Route 83 in Coshocton, Ohio. My boyfriend and I saw what we thought was smoke from a fire but soon discovered that it was a “Snownado”. The sight was beautiful whipping through the freshly fallen snow."
