A massive fire broke out at the Arkema chemical plant in Crosby, Texas, on Friday evening a day after one of the trailers at the facility containing organic peroxides caught fire. The Harris County Fire Marshal's Office has issued a mandatory 1-1/2-mile evacuation around the plant, which is situated about 27 miles east Houston. James Valles reports.
