Mudslides in Colombia kill at least 200 people

At least 200 people have been killed, more than 400 are injured and an unknown number of other people remain missing after mudslides hit the city of Mocoa in southwest Colombia. Video from the scene shows entire neighborhoods devastated by the landslides.
