U.N. Imposes New Sanctions on North Korea in Response to Nuclear Test

United Nations sanctions on North Korea just got tougher after the UN Security Council adopted a resolution on Wednesday. Washington and Beijing negotiated the deal in response to North Korea's Jan. 6 nuclear test.
