RAW: Washington sounds-off over Syrian refugees settling in the U.S.

The U.S. House of Representatives moved to pass a bill (289-137) on Thursday that would stop Syrian refugees from settling in the U.S. until a more stringent vetting process is established. President Obama has already threatened to veto such legislation.
