Welcome to my pain-free allergy test. I grew up with a ton of allergies (food, dust) and Im very familiar to the process. I always ually found it relaxing for some weird reason, minus the more painful pokes and prods. I hope you find this version even better than real life! This includes glove sounds, writing, personal attention, marker sounds, drawing on skin, Q-tips, LOTS of spray bottle use, towels, brushes, flashlights, tweezers, container sounds, and more!!\r

Side note, I find that I get a lot of comments and messages about using ASMR for anxiety, depression, and more. I can totally relate with that, and ASMR is an awesome outlet for those things.
