Trump Rejects Proposed Bipartisan "Dreamer" Immigration Plan

On Friday, US President Donald Trump rejected the bipartisan "dreamer" immigration plan proposed by a group of senators, claiming that the plan did not properly fund his goal of constructing a wall along the border with Mexico, calling the plan "a step backward." In a post on Twitter, Trump wrote, "The so-called bipartisan DACA deal presented yesterday to myself and a group of Republican Senators and Congressmen was a big step backwards.
