Sooty, Sweep and Soo search for some missing toy cicadas which Scampi has pinched and hidden. Sweep whispers to Matthew that he has fleas and Sooty and Co give Sweep a thorough bath. Sweep is pronounced flea-flree, but the other puppets catch his fleas. Matthew and Sweep give them a thorough communal bath. Later Matthew finds himself scratching and the puppets are able to get their revenge.
