Bol Bol was born in Sudan and moved to the United States at age 2. He counts fellow star players Shareef O’Neal, son of Shaquille O’Neal, and LaMelo Ball, brother of Lonzo Ball, as two of his closest friends. He spent his childhood in NBA circles, attending all-star games and learning basketball from his dad, Manute. At 7 feet 2 inches tall, Bol Bol isn’t the tallest player on his basketball team.
